How durable are shutters
Shutters can last anywhere from 10 to 20 years, a real value for money product.
Shutter maintenance is easy, occasionally a louvre mechanism may need adjusting.
Where accidental damage has occurred louvres can normally be replaced.
Our Delivery Times
Our shutters normally take 10 -12 weeks to arrive if being shipped by sea freight.
Train freight can take up to 8-10 weeks
Our UK Shutters take 3 - 4 weeks.
We will arrange an installation date as soon as we have confirmation of delivery.
Our Order Process
We will visit you to discuss all your options and send you a no obligation quote.
To place your order we will always ask for a deposit, once received we will then place your order with our factory.
Once your order is marked as ''In Manufacture'' no cancellations or alterations will be accepted.
We will contact you to arrange the installation of your new shutters.
Your balance is payable in two parts, one prior to delivery and the final due in full on the day of your installation.
Our Warranty
We offer a full 5-year manufacturers guarantee on all materials and installation.
Our warranty does not cover fair wear and tear or accidental damage.
We will not be liable for any reported faults or defects within the warranty period as a result of misuse, poor environmental conditions, unauthorised alterations or water damage.
